Jinke Smart Services Group Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Jinke Property Services Group Co., Ltd.) (hereafter referred as to Jinke Services) was established in 2000. For more than 20 years, Jinke Services has been expanding into the cities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Jinke Services was recognized as top 10 among the Top 100 Property Management Companies in China in terms of overall strengths for six consecutive years, and has been a top-ranked market player in the Southwestern China. Our customer satisfaction rate of the residential properties we manage was over 90% in the past 9 years.

Under our development strategy of “Service + Technology, Service + Ecosystem,” we focus on providing quality customer services through the utilization of “big data” and Internet of Things service platforms, and aim to offer a wide range of property management services under four business lines, including property management services, value-added services to non-property owners, community value-added services and smart living technology solutions. Jinke Services has rapidly laying out its geographic coverage and continue to capture future business opportunities in other regions.

As of May 30, 2021, we had a total of nearly 1200 projects under management with a total GFA of nearly 300 million sq.m. including Beijing, Chongqing, Tianjin, Wuhan, Nanjing, Chengdu, Shenyang, Zhengzhou, Changsha. As of May 30, 2021, Jinke Services has expanded the geographic presence to 157 cities.Our company provides smart living technology solutions for a wide range of property types, including residential properties,commercial and office buildings, industrial parks, public and other properties, such as educational institutions and hospitals.
